Chindia
Writer/Director
Chindia is an English Romantic Comedy Feature Film set in Los Angeles written and directed by Sikandar Sidhu. The project combines China and India under one banner to capitalize on the growing Indo-Chinese collaboration.
When an LA-based couple decide to tie the knot for all the wrong reasons, they fail to realize a massive culture clash between his crazy Indian family and her conservative Chinese parents.
The project is backed by University of Southern California graduates in the development as well as filmed by AFI graduate, Ino Popper with the aim to showcase what diversity both in front of and behind the camera can do.
We strongly believe in the project and are hopeful for a franchise to come out of this combined IP that caters to over half of the Global population. This project is currently set to release over 2023 in the theaters.
Room
A Kailasa Co Production
Room is a Hindi Thriller Feature Film starring Parvin Dabas which is a JS Dreams and Kailasa Productions joint venture.
The film is about an investment banker wakes up inside a room to find out he has been kidnapped by a fanatic patriot who wants to bring back all the black money by Indian politicians all over the world into the Indian treasury.
The project was filmed in Chicago and is set to release in 2023 over OTT/SVOD platforms both in India and North America. Room was conceived as a project that works for both the Indian and the NRI audiences with it's witty writing and the team put behind it. This project was completed with University of Southern California graduates(voted the best film school in the world for the past 30 years). The aim is to create authentic content supported by the best talent Hollywood has to offer.

Driver
A Kailasa Production
Driver is an action thriller feature film set in Los Angeles. The project is about an Indian driver who gets involved in a drug deal gone wrong and we discover his mysterious past that he wanted to forget.
Driver is carefully constructed with Indian and Hispanic cast to appeal to both these growing markets. This project capitalizes on the continued growth in both these markets domestically as well as internationally.
This project is geared for a theatrical as well as an OTT/SVOD platform release. We strongly believe in the franchise potential of this IP as well as merchandizing opportunities that have shown a strong trend in India and in the Hispanic markets already.
This project is currently in development with the projected timeline to start filming in early 2023 with releasing it over 2024.
